When you arrive at the launch site you will be met by your pilot and ground crew who will look after you throughout your balloon flight. We take special care of those who are experiencing their first flight and are happy to answer any questions passengers may have.

Balloon rides last about one hour, but you will need to allow about three hours from the initial inflation to the return to the launch site. Upon landing, the flight will be toasted with a specially selected champagne and each passenger will be presented with a first flight certificate signed by the pilot to commemorate the occasion.
